If you add your financial account information, it will be directed to our third-party payment processor.

Extensionow operates globally, our Services are hosted in the Singapore. As a result, we may need to transfer your personal information to countries outside of the one where the information was originally collected. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as your home country. Nevertheless, we will always protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9. California Residents
Your California privacy rights. Under California's Shine the Light law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents may ask companies with whom they have formed a business relationship primarily for personal, family or household purposes to provide the names of third parties to which they have disclosed certain personal information (as defined under the Shine the Light law) during the preceding calendar year for their own direct marketing purposes and the categories of personal information disclosed. You may send us requests for this information to service@extensionow.com. In your request, you must include the statement “Shine the Light Request," and provide your first and last name and mailing address and certify that you are a California resident. We reserve the right to require additional information to confirm your identity and California residency. Please note that we will not accept requests via telephone, mail, or facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in San Francisco, California.

By using our Services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
